Generator faulty

I purchased a Generator from the above supplier and was convinced to pay an extra amount for them to do a pre-service and check the unit working. I traveled over 200km (one way) plus 3 tolls to collect the unit.<br> When I got back and a few days later when we had load shedding I was about to use the unit and realized there was no oil in the unit so i could not use it so I paid the extra pre-service fee for nothing as they obviously did not perform this service. when I got hold of them they said i must collect oil from them at my cost. which i thought was unfair that i should carry the cost but did so. when i got it i put the oil in and waited for the next load shed to run... when i ran it that day it ran for about 5 minutes and a plug off the fuel line came off and the unit stopped and i lost all the fuel i put in. i out it back in and started again after filling up the tank it just popped off again. so i could not use it and suffered in with no power again. then i called them and they said i must bring it in at my own cost for them to repair. so this will be the 3rd time i must travel with the unit for things that should be covered by them incl transport this is unacceptable.
