****py Sevice With Bad Attitude
paid a deposit for a pair of speakers when I was out of s.a. and when I arrived to collect them,they had mysteriously disappeared and had apparently been given to another customer by mistake...<br> The owner promised me by the next day they would be delivered-next day I had to contact them and was once again promised the next day or was offered to buy another more expensive pair which I declined.The owner then sms'ed me to say they would rather give me my money back as I was ****ed off and they didn't need that type of attitude???Come on !!!I get my time and effort wasted and then i'me not allowed to get upset-ha ha just another fine example of shyte service in sa.a these days!!

We at E-piphany would like to apologize for any inconvenience that the above mentioned experience might have caused you.We always strive to give our clients the best possible service.
You paid a deposit of R500 on a pre-owned pair of Jamo E640 speakers(R1490) on the 19/02/2015. When you came to collect these speakers on the 12/03/2015 we could not locate this item.You then bought a pre-owned pair of JBL LOFT speakers for R990 and also paid the difference of R990 for the Jamo speakers.
We promised you that we will deliver the Jamo's as soon as we found them. The next day 13/03/2015 we started to receive extremely rude and abusive emails from you and then decide that it would would be better to refund you the R1500.
No decent human being would have just kept quit and absorb such abuse.Just remember next time that you deal with people and not a faceless or heartless entity.
On Monday 16/03/2015 we received an email from you on how upset you are and that you have reported us on Hello Peter. Anyway ,we were so upset about this matter that offered you a further R1000 compensation to just end this saga,
We really hope that you would find some peace.
