Unreliable Service

I am not impressed with the service i have received from e Liquid Concentrates. Definately not an experience to write home about. This is a company that supplies vape products. I have placed an order 21 December, received only part of my order, informed the supplier of the missing item off of my order, which by the way is the most expensive item on the order, only for them to reply that the item was sent in accordance to the weight of the package dispatched, and that they have to take this up with their courier services.

The parcel did not appear to have been damaged or tampered with which the supplier was informed about. It is now 8 days later and they are just ignoring my follow ups.

Do not make use of this company they are very unreliable, not only in them sending you only part orders, but also by their lack in response in replying to follow ups.

They are clearly a supplier that is happy to take your money, but then reluctant in dealing with your queries.
