DON'T BUY ANY RISCO ALARM SYSTEMS

A few years ago I installed the Risco wireless alarm system inside and outside of my house. I purchased the alarm system for Regal Security who were excellent to deal with for any of my alarm system requirements.<br> But Risco changed the distributors to a company called Elevy which have turned out to be useless. Last year i made enquirers for a price to change the main control panel of my system and a salesperson said they would phone me back with a price,that didn't happen.<br> This year i complained to Risco head office in the USA and they gave me the person who works for them in SA and since my first contact with this person on the 14/03/2016 i am still no further forward in obtaining the price to replace the control panel. A person from Elevy did contact me but said i had to go through an installer which isn't what i want, I have installed and maintained the system myself since i first purchased it and i don't see why i need an installer now, but since that phone call still no price.<br> So the moral of the story is not to buy expensive overseas alarm systems but the cheaper locally made systems that are available here in SA.<br> BE WARNED
