E Hawker. Being rude and swearing at their customers

This company just don't care for their customers. Even on Google their customers complain that they are rude and ***********. They set their rules to block your account to prevent you from paying on time, but when they are overwhelmed with "WORK" you must wait until they decide you can collect your purchase. They operate from 9H00 to 16H00, with no regard for the working individual that cant get there during office hours. No Saturday assistance to accommodate collections. I asked them to assist, and was sworn at like a dog! I could not believe that people can treat any person like this, even as a customer. No, if you want to pay double on commission and an admin fee per transaction, to be treated like a dog, register with them.
