E Focus firearm training centre in Pretoria is ****ming me of my money
Hi I trained at E Focus firearm training around 2019 and I got my certificates for three different firearm (pistol, shot gun and rifle). I went to the police station to do my competency and which I got then. I recently went to renew my competency by the police station and they requested copies of my firearm training certificate, which I lost. Now this is where the problem starts, I called E Focus firearm training office on the 19/06/2026 for the print out copies of my 3 firearm certificates and send to me and they said it was going to be R600. I paid immediately into their bank account and I sent them a proof of payment. They asked for a copy of my ID and I sent it. Until now I have not received my copies of my certificates and they are not responding to my sms or my calls anymore. E Focus firearm training centre is in position on my money and my firearm certificates, I want them to give me my certificates or my money back. Please assist.
