E Fashion Shocking quality and attitude

I purchased two lovely shirts in August for R250 each. I wore each once - hand washed in cold water as per label and they shrank? I took them back - didn't have my slip but showed them the transaction on Internet Banking. I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size as if they shrank they would then be fine. Needless to say - I was told that they only exchange goods that are not worn or used within seven days - how absurd! I now know why they do this - as E Fashion is well aware that the goods they sell are of an inferior quality from China and do not want any comebacks. I told them I would never support the shop ever again - left the shirts there and walked out! I am sure that they will not even read this as the owners are not fluent in English. I would like to warn consumers to be vigilant if they do shop there - as all looks good but of shocking quality. Not to mention the prices are not cheap! To put it in a Nutshell - NEVER shop at E FASHION Broadacres.
