<p>This company made empty promises when it came to payment of salary. They let you do all the work spend your money on petrol and airtime to gather leads and grow their company. They sent away 2 customers due to me not having the training which they promised to give to me and after the whole sales group was told the first month as long as you grow and gather customers you will get paid a month and a half later no payment and they refuse to pay at all. This company is a ****!!!</p>

With reference to your complaint and the numerous e-mail correspondences that was sent to our office.
We again wish to confirm the content of our e-mail to you dated 19 July 2017 and more specifically the following clause in the contract that you had signed with our company:
"3.1.2.1 The contractor will only qualify for the fixed monthly amount asset out Annexure C if the contractor: a) Present product demonstrations to at least two (2) clients per day, Monday to Friday; (b) Has a minimum paid base product sales as set out in the table in Annexure C; 3.1.2.2 The Contractor will only qualify for commission once the Contractor has reached the minimum base product sales as set out in Annexure C."
Since you did not comply with the minimum requirement, in that you did not sell minimum base products, you are not entitled to the salary amount but only payment for the base products sold (if any).
