Lost/Sold Phone

Hi I took my phone to the Southdowns branch more then 3 months ago it was a full touch screen Blackberry Curve 9380,initialy I thought it was the battery, every time I would go back ,the response from the lady in the store would be \her boss(EDISON) has the phone or he did not say anything but it is not the battery"she would also at times show me my phone and the reason why left it there is because I trusted that they would fix it regardless of the time it was there as I would pop in every time I was at the shopping centre.2 weeks ago I went there she told me \""my boss sold the phone\"" I started shouting at her and she gave me her boss's number I spoke to him and APPARENTLY I was at fault because I shouted at her and my shouting made her nervous she didnt know what to say -so why would I walk into a store with customers in it and start shouting "
