Poor service

The experience I had with this attorney was the worst ever, I bought a flat so this are the previous owners attorneys. I had to wait for over a month to get occupational rent from them which was confirmed to be R3700.00, but to my surprise I only received R3000.00 for July and the previous owner said he paid levies for 5 months in advance to the attorneys, but now I have to pay for 3 months when I only took residence of the flat on the 4 August 2018. The previous owner said he also had a bad experience with them as well.
