Poor Management Skills And Poor Communication

WORST business service ever. I bought in my car on Wednesday for electrical wiring inspection, I got it back on Friday afternoon. I wasn't told what's wrong with my vehicle , However they said they will give me a quotation. I called three times pleading them to send me the quotation, She was rude by saying "Sir We will send you the quotation via the Email " and I decided not to retaliate to her rudeness. Guess what ? Email was never sent . Basically my car went there for 2 nights and half a day for nothing
