Very poor service received from E-Car, Welkom

It is with utter disgust and regret that I ever took my vehicle to a Dealership called E-CAR in Welkom, Free State Province. This Dealership unfortunately HAS NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS NOR EMAIL ETIQUETTE WHATSOEVER. My vehicle was taken to this Dealership for an oil leak and ended up stripping my entire engine which I did NOT give WRITTEN CONSENT for and then told me to find another Dealership to repair my Motor Vehicle and sent part of my engine to an Engineering Works in Welkom for work to be done there. All the engine parts were placed onto the seats of the interior of my vehicle which clearly illustrated that this Dealership has no respect whatsoever for an expensive asset like a motor vehicle of their client. Although they undertook to dispatch my vehicle to a Dealership of my choice, this did not happen, and the Workshop Foreman from Auto Doc in Welkom had to tow my vehicle from E-CAR to Auto Doc in Welkom. The reason for them not wanting to continue with the repair work on my vehicle was that “THEY WOULD NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS”. This has been the first time in my life that I have had to deal with such an unprofessional Dealership and people should exercise extreme caution before considering using the services of this Dealership and should you make use of their services ensure you sign for anything that they want to do to your car and ensure all communication in done formally in writing in the event of a dispute. This has been an extremely costly mistake that I made in my life and want to send a strong message out to the public to exercise extreme caution before utilising the services of E-CAR in Welkom.
