Please don't ever go to E-Car Menlyn

Hi All, <br> <br> Please don't fall into the same trap as we did:<br> <br> July 2014 I took my car for repairs - over TWO months later (after numerous phone calls by us - unanswered questions by them - my gearbox being ****** and VERBAL/THREATENING abuse by HENNIE (of which I have the recording) we ended up paying over R18 000 for repairs. <br> The car was barely driven and yet in January we had to take it back - same noise - Ryan told us the engineers made a mistake, they will repair. HENNIE told us it's our fault - we did not put oil in the engine. Koos told us no the oil is fine - but we over revved the car!!! and the bearings are stuffed (which apparently they replaced according to my invoice paid in September) Now they are still have my car in their possession - and are refusing to honour their guarantee. THEY ARE WORSE THAN BACKYARD MECHANICS - TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! <br> As a footnote - Lorraine from their head office - is lovely - but not really her problem as they are a franchise.
