I wouldnt let them fix my wheelbarrow

I took my car in with 2 separate problems on 6-7 Nov 14 , the car was running roughly , and making a noise which was getting worse. I was told that the plugs and leads needed to be replaced ,and that I needed a new water pump.I got my car back filthy ,and smelling of cigarettes, with a spark plug stuck in the engine (they only changed 3 not 4 that they charged for) and told me I needed to bring my back car in to have the head taken off to remove the plug , which \came in like that".No one has worked on my car since the last service"
