I gave them so many chances and not once did they get it right.

<p>My experience with E-Car Sasolburg started with an Izusu 2.8TD going for a service.</p> <p>They replaced the fan belts which later that evening climbed off and left me stranded about 30 kms out in the middle of farm lands. I returned the vehicle for them to repair it which they did. Two weeks later when just checking the oil and water I noticed that my bash plate was missing. Till today they haven't found this bash plate and to buy a new one is too expensive for them and refuse to rectify this. </p> <p>A few weeks later after the new belts I returned the vehicle to tell them that the belts were loose again and this was just before I left for Mozambique. I asked them in my humble opinion if the belts were perhaps not to thin for the pulley where by Hammish the owner told me that they were the correct belts.</p> <p>After much fuss with noisy belts and non charging alternator due to loose belts we returned to SA and took the Isuzu back to him where he then admitted that the belts were to thin for the Pulley and replaced them.</p> <p> On another occasion I took my wifes Mercedes Benz 220D for a service and a day later I noticed that they had not fitted the motor cover back. This they rectified.</p> <p>I took my Pajero for a service and they replaced all the brake pads, the next day I had to phone them as the rear brake pads had climbed of the calipers. They came out and fitted the old pads so that I could get back to Sasolburg and back to their workshop. I got my vehicle much later after they said that they manged to get me much better brake pads and that the issue was sorted. </p> <p>Imagine my surprise when I took my pajero to Mitsitech and while I was waiting they checked the brakes and told me that my rear brake pads had to be replaced but the front were still like new. I'm no expert but the front brake pads are usually the first to go and not the rear. This leads me to believe that they never did get me the correct brake pads for the rear but rather just left the old brake pads in.</p> <p> </p>
