E-CAR'S AA MEMEBERSHIP BENEFIT NON-EXISTENT

Serviced my Vehicle in December & even went for a overheating repair early March. Received a once off free towing car associated with AA membership card.

Yesterday at around 20:30 I had an overheating issue and thought now would be a good time to use the benefit of the free towing. so I don't exert my engine's heat/capacity

Now the running around in circles starts. 1 - The towing is not to your house BUT to their (E-CAR) workshop. The E-CAR workshop closes at 5pm, and their AA towing/roadside assist is 24/7 ?? How is this supposed to work ? Does this mean they tow and leave me infront of their workshop at midnight and I wait til they open ?

2 - The membership card received was not active. 😕 Why have I been carrying around a membership card that is glorified with etc etc benefits if I cannot even access those benefits IN MY DARKEST HOUR & TIME OF NEED ?

I spoke to a guy called Kopano from AA yesterday 25/03/2022 at night and He straight up told me If AA comes out I will be liable.

No amount of emails or apologies will even help now because had it been a different story, I would be lying in a ditch and not typing this.
