E-Car Menlyn Dishonest / Unacceptable Service

We took our hyundai H100 in to E-Car to have a starter solenoid replaced. Later we received a call from our fleet manager explaining that the R7500.00 they attempted to authorize with Stannic had been declined due to the price. We contacted E-Car and let them know we would be collecting the vehicle and going to get other quotes. They phoned me back and said they could repair for R3500.00, we declined due to wanting other quotes. We arrived to find the vehicle's starter had been removed, as where they advised the starter was on it's way from Johannesburg. When I phoned the owner Koos, he first advised that we in fact had left with the vehicle and the starter and then all of a sudden the part was next door at the auto electrician and we must pay before we may collect. We took the vehicle without the starter to another dealer and E-Car then delivered the starter there and tried to convince the sales guy to charge us for the starter and release the funds to them. We then advised the dealer to contact the auto electrician who had already repaired the starter and he had charged R2450.00?? E-Car repaired the starter without authorization from Stannic and attempted to rip us off!
