Poor workmanship, poor service and disgusting attitude!

<p>Elnie De Kock who owns DZIGNER KITCHENS AND BLINDS, also know as The Kitchen Lady was contracted in 2016 to install a new kitchen, two bathroom vanties and bedroom cupboards throughout my house. This was not the 1st time I had used Elnie, she installed a new kitchen for me 5 years prior. In addition to the repeat busines I have given her, I have also referred her to numerous famliy and frineds who commissioned her to do sizable jobs in their homes too.</p> <p> </p> <p>Elnie is very good at talking the talk, but when it comes to delivery and finishing up, it's an entirely different story! As the last part of my kitchen rennovation, in January I asked for a coffee station to be designed and costed. Elnie very quickly told me that she had in fact already made these cabinets as she had a feeling it may be necessary and they were pretty much ready to be installed. </p> <p> </p> <p>The quote was approved and 80% deposit paid so the installation could take place at the end of January. The installation was delayed about 4 times because Elnie was not able to co-ordinate trades correctly, she also did not deliver all the parts for the installation and caused further delays as a result of her oversights and lack of project management. </p> <p> </p> <p>Once installed, the coffee station had so much wrong with it that I actually asked her to come and remove it from my property...there were damaged cabinet doors, skuff marks on the draws and cubboard doors, damaged sides, the counter tops were different colours and the installation a complete mess.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the installation was completed in February, I have tried to get Elnie back ever since to rectify it, not once did she initiate the conversation, this was also despite showing her three times and sending her multimple photo's of the same issues, nothing has happened, even after her reassuring me that she is 100% committed to sorting it out. </p> <p> </p> <p>The worst part of the whole process is that every person I referred Elnie to, had exactly the same problems with her, so much so that one couple even had to send her a lawyers letter threatening legal action if she did not honour their agreement and finish their job. I am now at a point where I want my money refunded and she can come take her mess out my house.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to caution people about this lady, Elnie is very cunning and only wants your money, when things go wrong, she will tell you to stop calling her, don't message her and only communicate on e-mail, which she never responds to. Elnie will also assure you she is trying so hard to make it right and gives you the impression that it even keeps her up at night, that is all bull, the only thing that keeps her up at night is her thinking of ways to shaft her next client.</p> <p> </p> <p>BEWARE...DONT LET HER SWEET DISPOSITION FOOL YOU!</p>
