Horrible service!!

In October 2018 we appointed Mike Schuleman from Dzign Bathrooms to renovate our 4 bathrooms. Although he undertook to complete the project within six weeks, it took six months. The entire project was a disaster. Mike failed to properly supervise the Mozambican plumbers he used (and who were not adequately qualified); they tiled the bathrooms with different shades of white without him noticing it, which had to be redone; they failed to connect the hot water taps of 3 of the 4 bathrooms to the geyser, they connected the hot water pipe of the one bathroom to the inlet as opposed to the outlet of a geyser; they installed a pressure valve to the outlet of one geyser; they sealed one bidet to the wall without opening the valves; one of the basins merely drained into the wall as it was not connected to an outlet pipe; one bathroom smelled bad – a problem we have not yet been able to solve; the bath, shower and basin of one bathroom did not drain properly; and they merely left old pipes in the wall sticking out without cutting and sealing them off. Besides not properly supervising his workers, Mike also charged us a great deal more for the project than his initial quotation. Getting another plumber to fix what he left us with, cost us a further R37 000.
