poor customer service

We booked a biking tour in jan for 28feb, about 20mins before the tour they tell us they r double booked and our tour would start 1hr later. We should go to hector peterson museum in the meantime, n they would reimburse us for entry for the inconvience. But because we were already on our way there we start at his place and his dad tells us he took all the bicycles and left the day before. When we call mxolisi to clarify y our tour was pushed to the side he hangs up on us and then doesnt answer his fone. At 12 he is still a no show and doesnt bother to try call to reschedule or something. Because we r south africans and only use Rands and not dollars or pounds we were tossed to the side with no regard for our time or our money so he could give preference to his tourist clientele irrespective of the fact that we were also paying.
