***** and emotional abuse

I bought a Toyota Avanza on the 11/07/2019 and they promised to send a driver along to Eastern Cape. I decided to go back after numerous calls where they always saying tomorrow or it is 25km to reach your area. On the 24/08/2019 l went there and only to find that they sold it to somebody else and they promised to refund nor bring another one so in the meantime l must go with a Mazda 3 n wrote on the paper that they gave me that it is for temporary purposes. Traffic officers does not allow me to drive it as it is not roadworthy was last paid in 2018. When l call them it is the same story "it is coming tomorrow"
