DZC Motors poor customer service

I bought a bakkie last year December and test drive it was ok, 5km away from dealership I discovered the bakkie the petrol cap was not working ,no dim lights ,windscreen cracked ,water flow inside dashboard ,no wheel spare, wheel spanner jack, I WhatsApp the sales person ,he respond me as was struggling to open the petrol cap he promise to sent his staff to help but me. I waited until sunset I assisted by petrol attended on the filling station following day ,I return the bakkie to them .they told me that their supplier is closed because they fix those problems I must come January 2019 to get everything ,till today they have their bakkie and my money on their hands they sell cars which are not in roadworthy they resist to bring my money back and said those cars are not belong to them
