********** - Dino Petersen - Lives in Parklands

Generator supply and installation for backup power during load shedding. Dino Petersen was paid a deposit of R15k and we were promised installation a few days later. It's now 3 weeks and he has not only wasted our time by arranging installation dates and not pitching, but he has a list of excuses longer than Pinocchio's nose. This man should not be in business and cannot be trusted. He has been ******** people for years - see some reviews:

John Fell 24 November 2022 Don't use Green Electro Services (Dino Peterson). ******* or just *********** (it is still unclear). I paid him almost R30k in deposits. To date: Every day since mid August, rescheduling (many times a day). I managed to get 1 of my 2 trolley inverters back (end of September). I have asked many times for my 2nd Trolley...but he won't deliver (claiming he wants to do all the work in one go....but he doesn't) Kim Peterson (maybe his wife) as a review...very suspect...winch makes all positive reviews suspect. He has told me on 4 separate occasions he has sourced the parts and fixed my trolley....but still haven't seen any proof of that. Last Sunday he sends me "we need to talk". But since then has ghosted me again (a new development this past 3 weeks since his phone was "******", emailing or calling from a relatives phone seems to be beyond his ability).

His excuses has been varied Geyser burst Car trouble guys off sick loadshedding daughter is sick cannot find his team car battery trouble client doesn't want to pay him, could not source item (despite being told 3 times previously items are sourced) cell phone ****** but mostly just ignoring me.

Desmond Webster 18 October 2022 Awful. Received a quote promptly, after that disaster. Paid a huge deposit, to date no action. Only promises. Huge disappointment. No refund of deposit, although, also promised to refund. Use at your peril!

K.Spaeth verified 23 September 2022 Electricians I was very disappointed in the constant rescheduling of the appointment. Also weeks later he refuses to email the invoice for the appliance to me!

He promised to do repairs and alterations to comply to the City's requirements and register the system. I have given him R4000 cash to purchase items and they installed a few items. He said that the inverter that I needed some repairs and took it. Afterwards he requested R6000 for the repairs, plus R13640 for new additions. He asked for more money thereafter and I demanded that they first bring the stuff that I have paid. He is promising for weeks now to come and install and many time that he will bring the items paid for, and even I must come and pick them up and he will sent me a PIN. Never got the PIN. Dino might be an electrician, but he stole money from me. Please advise other people to be careful and never do business with him.

Dino: We be on site yes at 10 only confirmed R: Ok I’ll let Nic know. Do you still plan to finish today? Dino: Yes Dino: Russel I'm going to refund you as the generator been damaged while loading you have full amount back before close of business if damage can be repaired by supplier il revert back R: This is very disappointing. Here are my bank deets. I see you're also from FNB so I'll get the notification immediately once you make the payment. Dino: Yes will reflect immediately R: When can I expect the refund? Dino: After 3 R: ok R: Hi Dino. I’m yet to receive my refund. Dino: Noted I'm heading home will be processed soon R: Refund? Dino: Morning Russel will process your refund this today I will have the generator repaired today if still interested Hi. We have made arrangements with another electrician. You have made one empty promise after the next. Like I said you have it today.
