Shocking customer service for brand new vacuums that fail!

Please rather purchase the Bissell's of this world!! ...Stay Far away from Dyson products! My battery and charger unit on my 2 week old Dyson V11 Absolute Extra Cordless Vacuum topped working after only 2 weeks! I think it had been used in total 4 times !??

Tudortech their customer service company is a shocker! You can never reach them...and if you can the person you need to speak to is 'In the Bathroom' !?? Just no service at all - 2 months later I am still waiting for my repaired charger and new battery! For a machine I used 3-4 times!? I certainly didn't expect that with a supposed professional brand like 'Dyson'

For a brand new machine like that you would think they would simply send you a new one!?
