Shocking after service

Dyson Airwrap was Just over R14000 as a gift to my daughter on 26 April 2024. For her birthday. September it stops working for no apparent reason. The after service is shocking. Shes been waiting for a reply for over a month. You cannot get to talk to anyone. First person I spoke to asked me for pop. It was a gift and surely they can see from the make and model that is is still under warranty. Not a word. Oh and try to get to speak to someone on a Friday afternoon. Goodluck
