Dyson Nonexciting client service

Parts of Dyson SA support are nonexistent. The manager does not return your calls and is never available. Additionally, the supervisor is never available. He never followed through on his promise to get back to me when I did manage to reach him. I will never buy another Dyson product! Sitting with an R15 000 vacuum that doesn't work!!!
