DO NOT BUY A DYSON

purchased a V8 Dyson vacuum cleaner from Makro, the battery packed up after two months. it took five weeks & much phoning to have it returned with the same fault. after much shouting they replaced it, then a year later the battery failed again. I was told that the agents are in Cape Town & I must courier my Dyson down to them, but they have no stock of those batteries. This company should not sell products in south Africa.
