CATASTROPHIC failure of both product and service

Bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Supposed to be such a premium product. Cost a fortune. Broke the minute it was out of warranty. Took it in to be repaired and have been quoted more than 50% of the original purchase price so a CATASTROPHIC failure for such a premium product. Complained to Dyson. No response. Told them to go ahead with the repair and now they are of out stock of the parts needed and cannot give any ETA as to when they will be getting the part. CATASTROPHIC failure of both product and service. Don't waste your hard earned money on a Dyson is the motto of the story!
