Poor Service from Dynamic Wheels Zone
VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!! On the 16th February 2018 I purchased a Ford Figo 1.4 AMB 2013. VIN # MAJ1XXMRJ1CT55640 ENGNE # CT55640 The salesman I delt with was Dawie who came across very professional and could not do enough to assist in getting the sale... They emailed me the invoice and I paid CASH upfront for my vehicle. He said there were a few scratches on bonnet and they would have it sorted out for me, which they did. The day before I came to pick up my vehicle I confirmed with Dawie that the car was clean and ready to go and he said yes. When we got there the next day he said that the vehicle must go for reg & lic still because they were busy & this was at 08h00. It wont take long and ya.... the rest is history. Long story short - He said that the lic department was off line that morning and they lost all the info so they had to take it through the test again and we only received the vehicle at 13h00 that afternoon. Needles to say we were NOT impressed. I asked Dawie if the service was done and is everything 100% he said YES !!! The car was filthy dirty inside. There were stains on the seats so he never bothered to have it washed and cleaned. I week later I took it to the Ford Fed Auto Garage in Harrismith for a full check up. The blow was found to be wrong with the vehicle. I had to pay this in, in order to get my vehicle road worthy. I question the fact that Dawie said the car went to road worthy because if it "really did go" then it would not have passed because all the items mentioned below should have been fixed or replaced.
* 80,000 KM service - R682.50 * remove and replace right hand inner shaft oil seal in gearbox + replaced gearbox oil - R787.50 * Bumper spots not working - R157.50 * Supply cut and program spare key - R525.00 * window washer pipe broken -R157.50 * replace broken window washer nozzle - R466.65 * Sundry & consumable items - R1,637.73 * Left front spring bent - R1,800.00 Total spent - R6,214.38
Now I am not an expert... but my common sense tels me that if the above was not fixed at the time the vehicle went to the testing station.... then how did it pass ??????? this only Dawie who works for Dynamic Wheels Zone would be able to awnser that question. So buyer BE AWARE !!!!!! I would not recommend that you support this company.
