Dynamic Timbers (Atlantis - Western Cape) Left me with a pathetic fence that was not we agreed upon and did not fix other damages they caused

I employed the services of Chritiaan Payne from Payne's Log and Timber aka Dynamic Timbers to construct my wooden fencing including the supplying of all the material. I showed him a the picture of what I wanted. And agreed to go ahead when he advised that it could be done. I paid him a deposit before the work began, as requested by him. I am now left with a fence is not even close to what we discussed on. Infact it looks cheap. I live near the sea and now i see that the *****s are rusting. The gate latch rusted and broke off. I am now using a kitchen utensil to latch it. He also dug my front pathway to the gate where I could no longer open it. I had to pay some else to lift the gate up but they also had to change the gate to open to the outside. He broke my pathway tiles. They did not even paint it the colour that I showed him, so I told him to just leave the painting. My fence is going to fall apart very soon because of all the cheap material used. I have informed him about all the faults and even that the fence is not we agreed upon. I will have no option but to contact the National Consumer Commission if he does not sort all out or I am willing to get my full refund before he removes it. If he choses.
