Most Useless Insurance Company!!!

I submitted a claim of about R4000 for goods damaged in a wendy fire on the property I was letting. a few weeks past by when I was told that my claim was rejected on the basis that the Wendy is not standard building. The goods in the wendy was categorized as household goods and thus they rejected my claim.

I'm not a manager, but I can just think for myself that it would made sense to rather keep a good client and pay out a small claim than to lose his business. So that I R850 p/m that they won't be getting from me again! Good riddance!

Don't make use of this company as they will look for anything to reject your claim.
