Disappointing and Untruthful

Totally disappointing experience, no wonder they do no respond because they only in the business to **** people. First time ever i heard that you need an engineer to approve renovations done to your bathroom. these renovations was done over 3 years ago, and they refuse to pay for a burst pipe. Be very careful if you are insured with them, they look for any excuse not to pay.
