Absolute Patthetic

Good day, so i am insured with a broker who is working through Dynamic Thinking for my personal insurance. I have been ****** the 12th of May, i am currently running my own business and got ****** from my phone and other business items. I have been told by my broker last week thursday that an Assessor will come and see me and that they, Dynamic Thinking will appoint an assessor asap to come to me to finalize the claim. I found out from my broker that my premuim didnt go off my account which i have also queried from the 1st of May, only to find out that Dynamic Thinking finance department went and changed my banking details to someone else’s details which is not even Nedbank the other persons account is FNB, without my concern my details were changed and due to that my premium didnt go off. Thursday went pass nothing happened, Friday phoning numerous times and still no assessor, Friday 14h00 i was informed that my phone will be replaced but still no luck, a lady called Zesa is in a managing position at Dynamic Thinking she was going to talk to the MD about my claim and give feedback.

Absolutely no feedback from Zasa who was suposed to give feedback on replacing my phone or pay me out.

Monday i got hold of the insurer who gave permission for a assesor to be appointed, Zesa mentioned to the assesor that there was a premuim problem(not sure what this has got to do with him) he mentioned it to me. I was noy happy with this, the premuim was suposed to taken Monday or Tuesday and today Wednesday still no premuim taken. Im going 2 weeks now without a phone and due to that im losing alot of money everyday due to the company not taking any urgency or responsibility for my claim. Phone should have been replaced Monday already but still no luck. I feel that Dynamic Thinking is being laid back in my case. Not even management is doing anything about my situation. Surely not happy with this kind of service that i am getting from Dynamic Thinking.
