After seeing the Ad for the Solar and Water Harvesting Special on Facebook, we decided to see what the pricing and offering was like. From Mardri setting up the appointment to meet with David was seamless and done in a professional manner. We had lots of questions and David was more than happy to take our calls and answer our emails quickly and efficiently – even with no guarantee on us giving him any sale. After comparing the quotes to others that had recently put in systems as well as 3 other companies DRES pricing came out tops, and the warranties of the parts/products were well detailed as well. Even after signing on the dotted line – so to speak – on the Solar and Harvesting system David continued to pop in and check the progress To Jacques and Juan the onsite gents – you were amazing (half the time did not even know you were here – you just got on with it) to all the other gents that came on the other days (sorry guys I cannot remember all your names) you guys were also all great and it was a pleasure having you here finalizing everything – even after we changed our minds 3 times on the tanks.

The first email telling us who is coming, the vehicle coming, a photo of the install team & the constant feedback throughout the installation process was really appreciated. Its those small daily updates that set you guys apart from the rest.
