Electricity cut off

We had an agreement that we will pay R5000 each month as our electricity bill is in arrears with the management that manages St Luis Complex in North Riding. We paid the R5000 on the 27 February 2015 and today 18 March they have cut us off. I spoke to Yvonne who took over our account and she told me she can't call the manager on her mobile as she has already left we should wait for tomorrow which is unfair because we have honored our agreement. I'm really disappointed with this company. The account was handled by Tracy previously and she has left the company.
