Unprofessional, poor communication and quality

It's four months later and after making contact several times, every month, with this company, my pool cover still hasn't been properly fixed. I've had to describe my issue to several different people and no one makes contact with me until I reach out. I have actually just given up and will just sort out the unfinished job with another service provider. It's disappointing that I made a 100% deposit to experience so much agitation throughout this entire process. I'd never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and pay that extra few rands for better service. So much for supporting local...
