Terrible quality and service…

I paid upfront for my pool cover which had an installation delay. Once installed the cover could not even hold up the weight of a few litres of water from a sprinkler never mind keep my pets and children safe. Instead of installing solid lengths of pipe across the span of my pool various lengths of off cuts joined were used for my pool cover. I’ve been contacting DPS for 4 months to fix their poor workmanship but am just ignored. Not worth the money or hassle.
