Poor service and communication

Not only was the scheduling of the installation a problem in September 2021, the after sale service is even worse.

I contacted them 3 weeks ago to find out whether they could fix a part of the cover that my dog chewed, they rep**** that they can patch the area and that they will send a team to do so - day 22, and no team, no communication as to when they will be able to fix it.

I wont recommend using this company
