Poor quality and communication

Very poor quality's and very poor communication. After waiting for the installation as I was told they will be there at 13:30 and no one arrived I then contacted them at 16:00 they then changed for installation for Saturday 9:00 no one arrived . Finally they arrived on the Wednesday afternoon. On installation I noticed the pool cover already had seams that already coming undone. They sent someone to do the repairs on Friday and no one arrived with no communication after I ****k to the repair guy earlier that day . This cover was expensive even with there discounts and to receive this quality and poor communication is not great .
