Poor communication

Wouldn’t rely on the 5 business day promise. Cover was installed 10 business days later after making full payment. Communication was really poor especially from the guys doing the installations. One lady was helpful, however every time she reached out to the installers they said they’ll come to my house and they never arrive. Only after the third day did they come through complaining that my house is out of the way.
