Dynamic PVC Specialists basically STOLE my money!!!

On the 11th of October 2021, I made a 100% payment for a pool cover. According to their terms and conditions, if you make 100% payment, they will install within 5 days. They asked if they can install on the 8th day to which I agreed. They never came!

On day 9 (a Saturday) they eventually came but the cover did not fit. They said they will fix it and return on the Monday to install. I never heard anything! They came the Tuesday and again, the cover did not fit. This was now 12days after payment.

I requested a refund, to which they said they will have it done within 9 days. The following Saturday I received a message stating they are on their way to install. We were not home so I said they can't come and that I am still waiting for feedback on the refund. Nothing ever happened.

I tried calling, but they don't answer. I sent emails without receiving a response.

It has now been 21 days since I have made payment and I can't get a hold of them. I will now have to take formal legal action against them to recover my money!!!
