Disgraceful behaviour

Do not deal with these guys. I paid in full for a pool cover to be installed within a week because I needed it quickly so that the pool would be covered when I hosted a kids birthday party. 10 days later they said it would be another week before they could even give me an installation date which would have been long after the party I needed it for so I told them to cancel and refund me so that I could get a cover from somebody else.

It's now been over two months and they have delivered nothing and refuse to refund me. Now I have to take them to court, wasting my time.
