Holiday accomadation

I booked and paid for a holiday unit in Uvongo, Margate for 28-30 December 2023 property with Dynamic Properties. After booking and paying he notified me that he is full and that he would refund me. To date Christopher from Dynamic Properties has not refunded me and is currently ignoring my calls. I do feel that Dynamic properties accepted my booking fully knowing that the accommodation is not available. I am starting to suspect that there was no such property when advertising it.
