I ordered their products using WhatsApp which is available on their website, as they stated that you need to pay first so the order will process. I did the payment using EFT cash send and they accepted the money now they don’t wanna delivery, later they told they got the payment but they can not deliver it’s too small But I did pay for delivery fee. Then I told them l want my money back And they don’t want to refund to me. Saying its not refundable.
