Breach of contract

Since the recent change of management of this company there have been mutiple counts of breach of contract, basic conditions of employment, labour relation and ssa agreement they were always quick to blurt anythything that would either result in the problems going stagnant or being swept under the rug inintentional, since they dont even follow correct dispute resolution procedure. Management turnover is worse than the restroom one ply toilet roll at a bad curry resturant resulting in no-one in top management knowing what they are doing or not following a structured approach to business nor ethical work practices. These practices void the company of motivated employees resulting in bad client relations. I wouldnt recommend any relations with them or their umbrella company NGX (New generation X) unless you're expecting failure to deliver.
