problems with accounts

I went under administration by Morgan go vendor. I paid r900 for 7 years and was eventually given a letter stating that the accounts that I gave him to pay were now paid. This was in October 2014. When I went to apply for a loan,i was told that 2 of my accounts were showing on the credit bureau. I got a print out that shows 2 accounts that were supposed to be paid my Mr go vendor was still not paid. I went to his offices and called them on numerous occasions but I'm still waiting for feed back. On the t31/07/2015 an amount of r1000 was deducted from my bank account towards outstanding payments for 1 of the accounts that were already supposed to be paid. I am furious and await legal action.
