6 Week wait for Glasses.

My Mom went to get her eyes tested mid December (between the 10th and the 12th), as she knew she had to go for a hip replacement on 11 Jan.<br> <br> She did her Eye Test, chose her frames and did all that needed to be done. the medical aid notified her that all had been paid for.<br> <br> She got a call on the 18th of Jan to come and fit her glasses. Now I have to take my mom into the mall (note a week after having her hip replaced) probably hire a wheelchair just so she can now fit and collect her glasses.<br> <br> During the time we were waiting i personally went in once with my mother and once by myself, and i phoned on one occasion to follow up and no one could tell me anything.
