Still awaiting breakage deposit

I had booked Dynamic Events for a pre wedding function on the 8th December 2017. It is the 10th February and I have still not received my breakage deposit. Denise, the owner of the decor company no longer replies to my e-mails and makes excuses for not paying me MY money.
