Dynamic Electrical and Plumbing 24/7 not recommendable

On 11 January 23 I had their electrician Hendry Kotze her yo repair my external lights and unfortunately he did not manage to fix what appeared to the electrician that did fix my lights to be a minor electrical fault. I however paid Dynamic Electrical and Plumbing 24/7 R1850 for a job that was done because after numerous attempts from Hendry to fix the problem the problem was still there and I had to pay another company to repair the lights although I paid them.

I have been trying to get my money back but to date have not received a cent back although they did not fix the problem. This is terrible customer service and business ethic and I would not recommend this company.
