Be warned!

m, Punctuality, Quality, Value AVOID AT ALL COST! Called for a plumber for a leaking pipe in the garden. He arrived 24 hours late! Then told me the leak was under the house and he couldn’t fix it. They didn’t dig for the leak though we could see where the water was coming out the ground. Disinterested and ***********. They charged for a gas test- that apparently didn’t help them and a labour charge.This for doing absolutely nothing and it transpired, **** about the leak being under the house.

Our regular plumber came, dug where the leak was coming out the ground, isolated it in 5 minutes, fixed it, and left half an hour later, charging me a whack less than the *********** representative of Dynamic plumbing.

To put the cherry on top I reported the whole incident to Dynamic Plumbing by SMS which I have kept. They couldn’t have been less interested in their poor, inefficient service, and as expected just ignored my complaint! Be warned these people don’t have any idea of service and their staff appear to have limited knowledge of their trade, charge without doing any real work, and have no intention of arriving on time, or letting you know when they’re going to be late. AS I SAID, BE WARNED AND AVOID AT ALL COST. By the way, in order to sort out the issue, the plumber left me some interesting voice clips. He said he found the leak for me. We’ll what he did was point to the spot where I showed him the water was coming out of and then said he can’t fix it. He also said any reviews would be answered by saying I’m a stupid old man who just wanted to talk *******. Another example of the fabulous caring service they offer.
